He is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland; the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; the District of Columbia; and the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia. He is a member of the Maryland State and American Bar Associations.
